Primary Responsibilities:This position is responsible for performing any combination of the following duties: provide primary technical assistance and support to employees; assist in maintaining Microsoft server environment; support hardware/software located in on-premises, remote, and cloud environments; troubleshoot company devices including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets; assist in maintaining ERP and CRM environments; assist in maintaining network infrastructure; assist in maintaining VoIP technologies; assist in business reporting; assist in facilities management including WAN connections and UPS battery backups.Under the general supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Administrator\'s responsibilities include monitoring application implementations and performance to ensure functionality for the company and providing recommendations and assistance for infrastructure improvements.Additional responsibilities include documenting hardware infrastructure and software processes, configuring information systems, purchasing, and procurement of resources, etc.ESSENTIALS: • Performs troubleshooting and repairs on hardware and software issues for end-users• Monitors and performs routine maintenance on IT infrastructure including server and network devices• Maintains IT infrastructure including managing user accounts, software licenses, and hardware assets for security and compliance• Manages time effectively in completing work assignments, writing documentation, researching new IT trends and technologies, and studying for self-development and increasing IT competencies• Maintains high ethical standards, professional working habits, effective communication, and strong rapport with senior management, office staff members, and third-party contacts• Configures and maintains IT hardware and software according to company standards• Assists in planning and implementation of IT budgets, projects, and goals• Assists with management projects and duties
