I lead a team of full stack developers, designers and testers at DSEL. Our objective is to develop and implement automated solutions to complement the traditional land development & municipal engineering design process. We do this by partnering with our engineering design teams, land developer clients and municipal staff to create tools that help simplify, increase quality and speed up the design and approval process from an engineering perspective. In parallel, I lead the cost-sharing engineering services for DSEL, which establishes a fair and equitable allocation of costs borne by each developer for municipal works and infrastructure in a subdivision.During my tenure, I\'ve also had the opportunity to lead several strategic initiatives including the re-structuring of the company to provide better alignment and unification of the various functional areas. In addition, I sit on several management committees that discuss company strategic goals, project prioritization, and talent acquisition and retention.
