About Kenneth Jones

Kenneth Jones is a respected and recognized real estate developer and advisor with over twenty years of experience in project finance and management. Kenneth has worked with a variety of public and private clients to help them to complete and entitle over 3,500 units. Kenneth has worked with a host of public agencies and developers across multiple states and is a recognized leader in sustainability and urban development.Prior to his current position at UrbanCore Development, LLC, Kenneth was a Principal and Chief Development Officer at Liberty Atlantic Development Corporation (aka Metropolitan Street Holding)- a real estate development and construction firm in North Carolina. Kenneth is involved in public policy, advocacy, and currently serves on a number of non-profit Boards including the East Bay Housing Organizations and the Fresh Food Foundation. Kenneth graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration with a Finance and Real Estate emphases. He also has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.
