I\'m a senior ERP and business transformation consultant with 15+ years helping architecture, engineering, and government contracting firms navigate complex software implementations and organizational change. My work spans JAMIS Prime, Deltek Ajera, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Acumatica, platforms I know deeply enough to have served as a national subject matter expert and to hold three active Acumatica certifications. What I actually do is help organizations get ERP right. Not just technically, but operationally. That means aligning finance and project teams, managing executive expectations, and building the change management foundation that determines whether a system gets adopted or abandoned. I\'ve led 100+ implementations over 12 years, expanded client engagements by $500K+ through sustained advisory relationships, and stepped in to stabilize at-risk projects when delivery had broken down. I\'m also a skilled facilitator and executive presenter, comfortable leading workshops with C-suite stakeholders, large client teams, and cross-functional groups where alignment is the goal and the room isn\'t always easy. I\'ve spent a lot of my career saying \"I\'m not your business consultant, but.\" and then providing strategic advice that firms actually act on, well beyond the software itself. That\'s the work I find most meaningful, and where I\'m headed next. I recently completed my Executive MBA at the University of Oregon (2025), which sharpened my strategic lens and reinforced what I\'ve believed for a long time: the best consulting work sits at the intersection of technology, people, and process. Not just in the software itself. I\'m currently exploring senior consulting and advisory roles where I can bring both implementation depth and strategic perspective to the table.
