Warehouse Operations Manager @Momentum Worldwide

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including leased spaces managed by Momentum, as well as vendor locations (i.e, fabrication partner facilities)• Interface with Verizon’s warehouse and sustainability counterparts on general management, asset requests, and sustainability initiatives• Development and maintenance of inventory process, including:• Establish an asset management system(s), to be maintained by Momentum and our clients.• Proactively inventory all storage locations, establishing cohesive storage and organization practices• Conduct inventory audits throughout the year.• Create and implement asset intake process, to receive and track client inventory.• Oversee asset quality assurance, ensuring assets are event-ready, or identified for repair.• Support implementation of agency sustainability initiatives to maximize use of existing assets and minimize impact of asset disposal on landfills via donation / recycling.• Work with sustainability team to identify upcycling, recycling, and sustainable disposal vendors, as inventory fluctuates.• Work with Producers and account teams on all asset production, guiding on sustainable practices.• Oversee all warehouse billing and vendor invoicing.• Prepare reports for management and clients, as needed.• Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams, as well as external warehousing partners.• Mentor and manage warehouse staff and XP team in proper warehouse procedures.• Suggest opportunities for process improvement to elevate operational efficiencies.• Maintain building and equipment maintenance for the Momentum facilities
