Lead Cost Analyst for the Air Force’s Flying Hour Program responsible for developing and defending the Air Force’s approximately $8B annual budget for depot level reparables, consumables, and fuel. • Managed AFCAA’s Data Modernization Surge Support Contract with Accenture, providing Tableau training sessions for over 80 cost analysts, while creating meaningful dashboards for use by the cost estimating and logistics community. • Led an interdepartmental team that included Air Force Logistics, Operations and Planning, Financial Management and Budget, Program Management, and Working Capital Fund personnel to map, streamline, and provide documentation for the Association Hours Process to ensure that budget and execution funds are aligned for each Air Force Component or Operating Agency, resolving a long-standing complex and inefficient business process. • Completed comparison of current cost estimating methods, classical regression models, and neural network algorithm with hypertuning while estimating program hardware modification cost as part of AFIT Graduate Program Research Project to display to senior leadership the difference in cost estimating quality. • Working with contractor to improve upon machine learning model constructed to better estimate potential changes to Force Structure and associated cost based on scenarios proposed by AF Senior Leadership. • Contributed as a technical writer for cost portion of Air Force Pamphlet (AFPAM) 63-123 which provides informational guidance and recommended procedures for executing a Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA). • Leads the development of flexible/dynamic models that support FMCY Branch and Division Chiefs, SAF/FMC leadership and external stakeholders\' reviews and inquiries. • Leads the development or improvement of O&S cost estimating methodologies and best practices through research, data collection and/ or collaboration to be used as primary methodologies or crosschecks.
