As a Retirement Plan Sponsor, I have spent over a decade managing and administering retirement benefits for multiple organizations, in both government and corporate capacities. In this work, I have contributed to the strategic development of future benefit offerings and employee engagement opportunities within the organization. While working in Retirement I have grown a passion for increasing financial literacy in underserved communities and enjoy leading workshops and virtual seminars around a variety of personal finance topics.
