ABOUT KENNETH HAGER

Ken is recognized by the American Bankers Association as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). This designation is conferred upon wealth management professionals who have completed approved training programs and who have advanced experience in providing client advice related to trusts, estates, taxes, investments, and financial planning. Ken serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Trust Tax Advisory Committee and as chair of the Legislative Committee for the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Section. Graduating summa cum laude, Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the California University of Pennsylvania and is a member of Phi Alpha Theta. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is a fellow of the John Jay Institute in Philadelphia. Ken’s work was mentioned in the book, “Empowered in Pittsburgh.”Prior to joining 2015, Ken operated a small law practice in estate planning, domestic relations, and business entity formation. Ken has worked in downtown Pittsburgh since 2011 with attorney roles at several prominent firms. His previous business and managerial experience includes employment as director of operations for Coordinated 360, a local event management firm, as well as program director for a youth summer camp.Ken is a former national leadership trainer and adviser for the Boy Scouts of America, is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, and is a past officer of Scouting’s National Honor Society. Ken has served as a consultant and guest commentator for local television stations and boasts an extensive resume in public speaking and the performing arts. Ken has swam in the South China Sea, sailed in the Florida Keys, rode horseback in New Mexico, trekked through Thailand’s rainforests, hiked the Swiss Alps, and summited Pike’s Peak.
