Ensure program and process are developed and assessed, communicated and administered in compliance with accreditation and company objectives.° Design and develop subject and program content for technical courses, including instructional presentations, student workbook, projects and training aids.° Develop training material content that provides dynamic, interactive and realistic training that is relative to federal and industry standards and expectations.° Implement and promote continuous improvements of the program, via customer surveys and industry representatives to refine training presentations to course objectives.° Provide editorial control over course content development.° Develop, maintain and coordinate curriculum, develop instructional staff, conduct training sessions. Ensure technical information remains relevant/current, up-to-date, with the industry.° Partner with instructional staff, subject matter experts, and industry representatives to plan program/student needs and requirements.° Provide train-the-trainer sessions for instructional staff for new equipment, procedures and professional development.° Maintain and audit program LMS.° Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and organize workload to meet expectations within program budget.° Ensure safety standards are met and maintained.° Maintain records of materials and expenses.° Verify instructional staff time cards.° Work independently with limited supervision and as part of the program instructional and corporate team.° 5+ years adult education experience.° 10+ years technical expertise in the aviation maintenance industry.° Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems using a logical approach and within monetary constraints.
