I am a clinical psychologist who earned my PhD in 2021 and am licensed in IL and NY. I work in a private practice group in New York City although I now live in Los Angeles. I use an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, weaving together CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), compassion-focused, psychodynamic, and relational interventions. My years of clinical training since 2016 qualify me to work with individuals of all ages - including at three private group practices for adults, three university counseling centers, community clinics for older adults and for LGBTQ young adults, and a group therapy practice for neurodiverse children. I specialize in- male clients and men\'s mental health- gay, bi and queer men, and other LGBTQ clients (including LGBTQ religion/spirituality)- religious/spiritual clients and concerns- autism, AD(H)D, neurodiversity- substance use and behavioral health problems- perfectionism, shame, mental health stigma- sex, kink, nonmonogamy
