I’m a Research Manager and Tech Lead at Meta’s Reality Labs, where I lead programs on multiple MEMS and micro-actuator technologies, mainly focused on active optical systems. I develop these technologies from an early, seedling stage through production to address critical display and opto-mechanical challenges for AR and MR headsets. I\'ve successfully developed and tech transferred multiple micro-actuator technology platforms to product, by leading multiple cross-functional teams across both research and product. I\'ve successfully developed new types of MEMS devices that enable new-to-the-world AR systems, and have highlighted these efforts in multiple keynote talks at the MEMS World Summit.
