ABOUT KENNETH CULLINGS

With over seven years of work experience in various fields, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies that enable me to thrive in different roles and industries. Most recently, I worked as a sales and leasing consultant at Dan Cummins Auto, where I applied my ability to problem solve and think critically to provide solutions for customers. Prior to that, I was a staffing manager at Randstad USA, where I excelled in new business development, customer relationship management, and communication. I also have a strong background in higher education, having served as an admissions counselor at Berea College for three years, where I forged relationships with prospective students and influencers, and as a director of admissions and marketing at The Brentwood School for one year, where I oversaw the enrollment and outreach strategies. My core competencies include sales, leasing, staffing, accounting, finance/data analysis and change leadership, and my mission is to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals and potential. I am passionate about learning new skills and exploring new opportunities, and I value collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
