In addition to having water quality engineering and permit compliance expertise, broad experience with air, waste, emergency response, SPCC, and remediation regulations will also be relevant.I am the point contact person for the Colorado Asset Team providing support on a variety of water quality compliance, permitting, and engineering needs.I am integrally involved with a variety of other environmental engineering issues (including air, waste, and emergency response, Flow back, Hydraulic Fracturing Operations, Workover Rig Snubbing - Coiled Tubing - Wireline, Water Group ).I am Responsible for understanding new environmental regulations and corporate programs; tracking and understanding the business impacts of emerging regulations; and implementing internal compliance procedures.I am Responsible for preparing (or oversight of) environmental permit applications, negotiating with agencies on permit conditions, monitoring compliance, preparing routine reports, and emergency notifications. Works with agencies on routine inspections and action items.Prepares and/or reviews incident reports / investigations and makes necessary notifications to Corporate and/or regulatory agencies.Supports local emergency response efforts and Incident Command System.Responsible for preparing and providing training to operations personnel on water quality concerns and other environmental issues, as needed.Responsible for project management, including the development of requests for bids, technical proposals, work orders, and field supervision of contractors.Responsible for participating in EHS audits.Represents Noble Energy Company at trade association and professional organization meetings.
