After a successful stepping up period in my previous role, I was presented the opportunity to become a permanent Senior Project Manager. The team consists of 5 Project Managers and 1 Graduate Apprentice. Overall responsible for the delivery of Reservoir projects whilst also delivering an array of Flex (non-reservoir) projects. At present the portfolio consists of roughly 80+ projects, equating to roughly £160m of investment.Notable projects currently include:(1) Camps Reservoir MIOS (Spillway upgrades)(2) Gladhouse Reservoir MIOS (Spillway upgrades, bridge replacement, siphon installation)(3) Cowgill Reservoir MIOS (4) Purdomstone Reservoir MIOS (Reservoir breach)(5) Roughrigg Reservoir MIOS (Siphon installation)(6) Loch Whinyeon MIOS (7) Glenkiln Reservoir MIOS (8) Fruid Reservoir MIOS (9) Daer Reservoir MIOS (Needle valve upgrades, site maintenance, penstock installation)etc.

ABOUT KENNETH BRYDON
After obtaining a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, I have applied the skills from this to working in the Water industry with Scottish Water. Most of this experience to date has been as a Project Manager, scaling my portfolio of work in diversity, complexity and value working with a range of contractors. This has presently culminated in me taking on a Team Manager position.
