Reporting in to Director of Operations• Review store audits thoroughly and agree action plans with the Store Manager to ensure continued improvement• React quickly to resolve any compliance issues raised• Put in place a regional action plan to achieve regional targets• Review performance of stores in the region monthly using the monthly performance review format• Develop a culture of excellent customer service delivery across the region• Review competitor activity and highlights significant changes• Work with the pricing team to optimise pricing and promotions for each store in the region • Review debt levels to ensure that they remain within tolerance levels• Review a people plan each quarter • Train and help the store managers to develop their team-member skills and behaviours to achieve success
