I plan, organize, and guide extensive motor programs and activities of outstanding novelty and/or importance that are critical to overall Company objectives. I\'m recognized as a Medium and Large Voltage Motor Subject Matter Expert. Familiar with Nuclear organization rolls and responsibilities.Primary duties include:• Provide assistance to nuclear plant sites with technical issues related to motors• Provide on and off site support for motor scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting, including vendor surveillance.• Formulate and make recommendations to maximize reliability of power plant motors.• Perform detailed motor failure root cause analysis, troubleshooting and quality control. • Develop new motor purchase specifications.• Prepare Motor purchase/repair test data packages; develop motor repairs and maintenance procedures.• Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive engineering programs and activities.• Manages one or more programs of complex diversity and scope which are of critical importance to overall company objectives.• Acts as a subject matter expert.
