I am Of Counsel in the Pittsburgh office of Duane Morris LLP. I formerly served as the Managing Partner of the office. I was a trial attorney for over 40 years and currently serve a number of client in an advisory role. My practice included advising companies and individuals in a broad range of complex litigation matters, inculding product liability, toxic tort, media and communications, securities, class action, environmental and commercial disputes. I formerly served as the co-chair of the firm\'s product liability and toxic tort division.
