Lead efforts to sustainably scale an undergraduate research lab with 60+ students, resulting in 50+ published undergraduates and over citations (in one year). By developing an inclusive system that democratizes knowledge, promotes equal research opportunities, and minimizes rigid hierarchies. Designed: organizational structure, business plan, road map, research lead academy & cohort, and brand. Lead 6 teams of 5+ students through the end-to-end research process, showcasing expertise in developing experimental user designs, mitigating risks, analyzing large datasets, and assessing potential outcomes. Conducted research on Large Language Models to improve CS education and human-AI interaction, resulting in three publications at top CS conferences (ICER, FIE, ACE).
