Provide expert consultation to County departments on incorporating equity into their policies, programs, and services and advancing DEI within their departments.• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental equity action plans in alignment with the Loudoun Equity Action Plan (LEAP).• Develop comprehensive training programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion for County employees, utilizing principles and best practices for adult learning and group facilitation.• Design and deliver employee training using a variety of methods including in-person classroom training, webinars, and e-learning. • Build and maintain strong relationships with County leadership, employee groups, community partners, and other stakeholders to support equity initiatives.• Conduct research on best practices in DEI to inform county policies and practices.• Design surveys and other assessment tools to gather DEI related quantitative and qualitative data.• Analyze data to identify disparities and track progress toward DEI goals
