As the Vice President of Programming for Delta Gamma, I lead the development and execution of engaging, meaningful, and inclusive programs that enhance the sisterhood experience. I oversee all chapter-wide events, including sisterhoods, Founders Day, Parents Weekend, retreats, and more, ensuring they align with our values and create a positive impact for our membersBeyond event planning, I am responsible for creating and maintaining the chapter calendar, ensuring smooth coordination of all activities. I also lead the Programming Committee, fostering teamwork and creativity in planning initiatives that strengthen our bonds as sisters. Additionally, I design and manage merchandise orders, ensuring our members have high-quality, custom apparel that represents our chapter pride.Through my role, I strive to create a welcoming, enriching, and well-organized experience that enhances our sisterhood, leadership, and lifelong connections.
