Everything we do is created with this mission in mind- Lead client implementation projects to support clients in success of use of Luma’s eNugget® Learning Platform- Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients about how to use features of the eNugget® Learning Platform- Communicate responsibilities and provide guidance to the client to complete the project on time- Assist new clients with Luma set up including quality assurance of system go-live, data validation, reporting support and creation of user cases- Test client systems prior to delivery to ensure a quality product. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues- Provide direct solutions and creative options to implement educational best practices and customer needs using Luma technology- Troubleshoot client set up or use case hurdles as they arise- Interface with technical team as needed for onboarding task management- Lead ongoing implementation training for enterprise administrators- Support clients who are building learning paths and assignments, content, digital forms, and certificates in Luma’s eNugget® Learning Platform- Support customer success team in building ongoing client relationships- Pursue client goals to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and end users to ensure success in using the eNugget® Learning Platform- Conduct monthly check-ins with client partners- Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure we are meeting and exceeding client expectations
