Champions Group Holdings is the parent company of 18 distinct residential HVAC and Plumbing brands throughout major markets across the United States. We have grown from 250 employees in 2019 to more than 2,400 employees across 7 states (as of July 2023). One of the key elements of our growth strategy is a dynamic training program that focuses on both technical and sales skills. In the past three years, we have trained more than 500 new HVAC and Plumbing technicians, helping us meet customer demand as well as ensuring we have the manpower to service the more than members of our annual service programs.
