Practice concentrates on two fundamental areas. The first involves the defense of complex civil litigations arising from professional liability claims including those involving attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers, insurance agents & brokers and other miscellaneous professionals and employment practices as well as product and general liability claims and claims arising from construction site accidents in addition to the defense of claims seeking benefits under the Defense Base Act extension of the Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. The second involves the analysis of professional and general liability insurance policies and the formulation of, and where necessary, defense in court of opinions addressing the scope of coverage available and the applicability of the coverage underwritten to a particular claim. I am admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and have litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States and have successfully handled jury and bench trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and appeals.
