Ken is an economic development professional passionate about improving communities through helping to finance creative urban infill development projects and assisting communities to attract investment. In his current role with Project Management Consultants, Ken helps secure and structure private and public financing for real estate and headquarter location projects on behalf of his clients, especially in communities where market barriers to closing on deals with only private financing exist. Ken\'s expertise includes headquarters projects, brownfield redevelopments, historic redevelopments, warehouse and distribution center projects, mixed use urban development projects, green infrastructure financing, and the structuring TIF and tax abatement districts. Ken has assisted with the finance structuring of more than 50 projects either completed or underway, totaling more than $2.0 billion in development value. Ken\'s most recent successes include leading PMC\'s Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) tax credit and Ohio Brownfield Remediation grant applications in 2022.
