Started at Bayer Federal Credit Union. Started as a staff accountant and moved into the IT group. Worked on \'rep gen\' reports using Symitar then moved on to web design. What a great experience! Crowe: Tax and Audit system\'s support. Made some great improvements to the support system; email, phone and personal support. Role grew into Managing all of the Tax related areas. This would include software, implementation, training, support. Lead the use of SharePoint portals for our clients. Implemented firmwide use of dual monitor in Tax. Implemented ProSystem fx firmwide, Implemented GoSystem Tax firmwide (Saved the firm 1 million dollars). Implemented efiling firmwide. Designed version 2 of DueDate tracker system. Created our own CCH user group, that later was taken over by CCH and has now become a great success. GoSystem Administrator and ProSystem Administrator CCH: Joined the Next Generation Design Team.
