It\'s all just real estate. Everyone else practices real estate pretty much the same way but my competitive advantage is being somewhat of an \"early adopter\" and I have looked into just about every new technology and platform that\'s come along. But, now that things are settling into a half a dozen top players in the real estate tech markets, I\'m focusing on just those for now. And in doing so I bring creative sales & marketing and search strategies to every transaction. Such as providing Animation Videos to capture attention for longer. I also bring secret search strategies that uncover properties to buy that weren\'t even on the market or were overlooked by other less experienced realtors, and marketing listings directly to my buyer\'s databank.
