With numerous years of experience in the industry, I have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing property operations, and consistently exceeding performance goals.Starting my career as an Office Manager for an owner-operated property management company, I worked my way up through sheer grit and determination. I understand the importance of being hands-on, paying attention to the smallest details, and leading from the front to set the standard for my teams. Today, I oversee the management of over units across three states, ensuring that each property operates efficiently, meets the needs of tenants, and delivers strong returns for investors.I’m deeply committed to creating a culture of excellence, where my team feels empowered to take initiative, solve problems, and provide exceptional service.
