I am a highly creative team leader with a multifaceted manufacturing background. As a visionary and imaginative inventor with multi-patented designs and extensive global manufacturing experience I have been able to deliver dozens of new products that increased profitability when introduced to both the consumer and industrial markets. As an inspirational, dedicated and skilled trainer I am able to motivate cross functional / cross cultural teams built on trust and mutual respect.
