So this might be where you expect to hear all about my career, my incredible accomplishments, and what I can offer you, your company, or this world. But when someone asks,\"Who are you?\" or \"What do you do?\", we\'re so much more than careers, titles, and accomplishments!So here\'s who I am: to an incredible and beautiful (inside & out) woman! A loving, encouraging, supportive, partner is a gift from God: to two awesome young men! They inspire much of my leadership storytelling (and lessons learned): to my family first, then anyone else I cross paths with in the course of daily life. As modeled by the greatest Servant Leader ever (that\'d be Jesus)! I don\'t believe in professional life vs. personal life. there\'s only life. The titles and roles we have are integrated into all areas of our lives. To see them as somehow separate is to diminish the importance of some and elevate others (and isn\'t an accurate or healthy view of our lives). You have only one life, and it\'s your choice how you live it. Will you live it for others or for yourself? is to encourage you to see yourself as an everyday leader no matter your level of authority, title, or role; and to be that person lifting others up, helping others grow and develop. Oh, and not striving to be perfect (I know I\'m not!) but to strive for excellence in all that you do in every area of your life.My favorite activities. Doesn\'t really matter much what we do, it\'s about the time spent together. I\'m not very good at it, but hoping it helps keep my mind strong. I\'m not getting any younger. I can\'t help it. must be genetic. If I was famous enough to be a spokesperson for a brand, I\'d likely be a celebrity spokesperson for JB Weld (I have the fixed up, better than new plastic toys held together by JB Weld to prove it!)That\'s me!
