As a training and operations improvement leader with over 25 years of experience, I have a proven track record of using my management and leadership skills to solve specific and measurable needs for major corporations. My expertise in personnel resource and program management, learning strategies, and operational performance improvement has allowed me to effectively communicate and align client needs with well-designed solutions. My key competencies include outstanding analytical and organizational skills, and I am an expert in learning technology, blended learning, and program design and implementation. I am experienced in program and project management, strategic planning, measurement and reporting, policies and procedures, needs analysis, curriculum development, and qualification programs. In my role as General Manager, Creative Solutions (Learning and Development), I collaborate with change, communications, and business team members to ensure that learning solutions positively impact required upskilling and behavior change. I am responsible for building and monitoring training roadmaps for specific roles within client companies and leverage innovative learning technologies and platforms to deploy learning. I maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in learning design, training, and technical learning. In my previous role as a Director, I designed programs that drove operational effectiveness and provided upskilling opportunities for employees. I owned end-to-end new hire training from design to deployment and used data to evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions. I worked closely with developers to build my designs and held learner interviews, focus groups, needs analyses, and pilots to identify, address, and redesign learning events.
