I\'ve spent my time at Tablet Hotels (acq by Michelin 2018) building out the recruiting function reporting to the CTO, CEO, and Head of Personnel. Though mostly focused on engineering and technical roles, I source and place talent across the global organization spanning design, editorial, marketing, operations, customer service, and finance roles at all levels including executive. Previously I\'ve worked as an independent executive recruiter and contract recruiter after starting my career in agency working with high-growth tech startups.

As a recruiting department of one I work reqs (including executive level) across the company, source candidates, draft offer letters, influence on-boarding procedures, and liaison with immigration lawyers.My mission is to provide an informed candidate experience.
