Provide regulatory and commercial consulting services to several renewable energy clients in PJM, MISO, NYISO and ISO-NE. Services include RTO/ISO stakeholder representation, interconnection queue support, market analysis, transmission & siting analysis, and other project development services. • Led Tangibl’s Energy Storage project development and management efforts. Coordinated bid responses to utility scale RFPs, utility liaison during RFP process, managed bid document preparation & submittal, and performed all financial modeling and analysis. Led Tangibl’s Energy Storage technology and economic evaluation efforts. • Designer and overall project management lead for a pilot Energy Storage RFI for a large Northeast U.S. utility. • Project management lead for IMG Midstream, Tangibl’s power generation Joint Venture with Bregal Energy. Leader in management of PJM interconnection process for IMG that successfully executed 12 Interconnection Agreements, and primary representative of IMG at PJM on all relevant ISO and regulatory matters. • Led PJM capacity auction bidding strategies that have secured over $20 million in revenues for IMG plants. • Reduced IMG Midstream’s cash collateral requirements for PJM capacity auctions bidding by $3.5 million by convincing PJM staff to revise final credit requirement language in PJM Capacity Performance proposal. • Lead participant in origination, structuring and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements, negotiation and review of EPC and other power generation related contracts, obtaining project financing, and procurement of energy management services that maximized project economic returns. • Past representative on PJM Board of Managers’ Nominating Committee for PJM Generation Owners sector.
