As Assistant Director of Development & Training at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS), I create and implement various training programs for a 700+ employee organization, using data-driven metrics to measure their effectiveness and impact. I also lead the deployment of new workflows and collaborate with directors and practice administrators to develop and deliver training materials that meet business needs and facilitate smooth operations.
