   As Principal and Director of Houston Operations, I aim to grow Jordan & Skala Engineers’ footprint and reputation in the Houston area to meet the needs of our clients. Launching the Houston office, I saw the opportunity for expansion into a new region, not only allowing for new relationships but a closer proximity to clients which enabled organization, teamwork, and coordination— an experience our clients’ value.By overseeing our multi-discipline team, I strive to create an environment where we collaborate openly to solve problems and deliver projects efficiently and effectively in accordance with each clients’ goals.
