   I help customers of the Azure Cloud achieve greater success as a part of the Application Innovation team for Microsoft\'s SDP org- In my first year, I helped close a 2.5B agreement (the largest deal in my org)- In my second year, I won multiple awards as part of the sales incentive programs- In my third year, I created multiple new solution accelerators and programs to drive AI adoption - leading to more than 10M in net new opportunities- My team won the \"Best Team\" award across all global teams and OUs in FY25 - as a direct result of our ability to successfully accelerate AI adoption with customers- I co-led the \"Code With\" program (effectively a team of Forward Deployed Engineers) for SDP, developing bleeding edge AI solutions for customer business problems; Each member of the team was directly responsible for nearly ~3.5M net new revenue as a direct result of our solutions- Created a DSL copilot to enable customers with private coding languages to have AI driven code completions in their IDE- Produced multi-agent, multi-modal, multi-model experiences for intelligent apps- Designed a canary-deployment pipeline strategy for Continuous Machine Learning (CML) systems- Implemented ground-breaking new patterns in RAG based systems (deepRAG, graphRAG, facetRAG, etc.)- Acted as a thought leader in AI Integrations and Agentic Design; a core contributor to the Well-Architected Framework (WAF) AI guidance- Helped start and contributed to the official MCP for dotnet library; also contributed to Semantic Kernel and Guidance-LLM- Designed, developed, and implemented many AI driven \"Intelligent App\" experiences for customers of Microsoft Azure using resources like AI Foundry, APIM, and API Center- Led the largest migrations to the GitHub Platform for multiple customers stuck on GitLab, ADO, and Perforce; creating new opportunities for GitHub Copilot adoption and accelerating customer delivery cycles by modernizing their SDLC to a Frontier DevEx.
