Davis Leadership TeamArts Administrator and managing director of the Rosenberg Performing Arts Theatre, a state of the art 600 seat theatre. Responsible for internal and external events in the Theatre.Manage and supervise a staff of 10, oversee curriculum in the Arts, assess standards for all arts curricula. Design and teach curriculums in Theatre, Film and Video Production, Music, Debate, Public Speaking, and Shakespearean Studies.Developed and facilitated professional development in arts education, PBL, edupreneurship, community engagement and partnerships in arts integrated learning, civic engagement and non-profit leadership in the arts and education, growing philanthropy and arts advocates.Consulted on all performing arts spaces and infrastructures of two campuses for 750 students curriculums in the Arts including light design, sound design, and scenic projection.Co-Developed and implemented Entrepreneurship and Passion PBL capstone project.Create the vision for Annual School Musical, as well as design, choreograph, direct, produce, and manage 225+ children in one school wide nationally recognized Broadway style K-8th grade musical generating $35k in ticket sales and $25k in sponsorships.Designed, implemented, and oversee a performing arts mentoring program of over 140 alumni.Faculty Advisor for Student Cam. Implemented and mentor the school\'s annual participation and entry into C-Span\'s Student Cam national documentary competition resulting in the Davis Academy’s 9th win, cash prizes totaling over $4500 in cash prizes in the five years that our students have submitted entries.Director of the Davis Decibelles Choir of 30+ middle school students who perform on and off campus.Coached the Debate Club, started a National Forensics League Junior Chapter.Direct and initiated the charter International Thespian Junior Honor Society.
