   I am responsible for creating a positive, welcoming, cohesive schoolwide culture that celebrates the genius of every school community stakeholder. I am responsible for instructional coaching and teacher development to ensure a strong learning environment that incorporates data driven, culturally relevant practices. I also serve as a language content leader and coordinate credit recovery programs, ensuring students stay on track academically and have access to concurrent enrollment and CTE courses we offer. As a member of our MTSS team, I support targeted interventions to meet diverse student needs. Additionally, I am responsible for school assessments, including P/SAT, MAPS, ACCESS, and CMAS, driving data-informed decisions to enhance student outcomes.
