As the Director of Reverse Supply Chain at Nordstrom, I create and execute a network strategy that achieves customer experience goals while managing a critical flow of inventory back into the supply chain.My core competencies include reverse supply chain, continuous process improvement, problem solving, cross-functional team leadership, distribution center start-ups, and new technology implementation.
