I specialize in delivering risk solutions for clients in the energy sector at Aon. In my role, I support clients across both broking and account management functions. Structuring and negotiating insurance placements while also leading day-to-day account strategy, renewals, and client relationship management. I manage my own book of business and work closely with organizations facing complex operational, regulatory, and market exposures, helping them design risk transfer programs aligned with their strategic objectives.I transitioned into this position after gaining experience within Aon’s general practice broking team, where I developed a strong foundation across multiple lines of coverage and industries. This progression strengthened my ability to approach risk holistically while balancing technical placement expertise with proactive client advisory support.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Mount Royal University and have earned both the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation and the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. These credentials reflect my commitment to professional excellence and technical expertise in risk analysis, insurance structuring, and client advocacy.I am passionate about the insurance industry and the critical role it plays in enabling businesses to operate with confidence.
