BID WRITER I have more than 23 years of experience in marketing, technical, and bid writing. I excel at turning dense, tech-heavy documents into content that is clear, concise, and compelling. I have written proposals and content for ICF International, for cybersecurity firm NSSPlus, for a Blockchain research report for the United States National Science Foundation, and Entellect LLC. I worked as both a technical writer and communications manager for projects for USAID INVEST in Kabul Afghanistan.
