Manage the company’s retirement offerings overseeing employee contribution (401K and ROTH IRA), company match, non-discrimination testing, and supported the company’s first ever 401K Large Plan Audit Managed the implementation of comprehensive services within our HRIS system, ADP. Independently managed the implementation of the company’s first ever HR service desk. Manage all 3rd party vendors and contracts including LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP, MMA, Anthem, WEX, The Hartford, Fidelity and Staffing Agencies
