Responsible for applying HR principles and functions on a professional level. I provide Human Resource support and guidance in the areas of Policy, Recruitment/Retention, Employment Law/Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and overall Personnel Management to all TLG Locations. Helped implement and train all management on new ATS system, onboarding processes and streamlined the background check and drug testing processes.•Develops and implements recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.•Meets with managers and supervisors to develop specific recruiting plans for assigned location.•Assists with managing on-line recruiting platforms.•Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.•Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.•Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.•Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university, and high school placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.•Ensures the assigned locations are equipped with all the tools and guidance necessary for successful independent recruitment.•Trains managers on successful methods for identifying and recruiting employees.•Manages HR driven training for all employees and the HR On-Line training platform.
