This includes all chapters\' initiatives focused on member recruitment, retention, and leadership development.• Building and maintaining partnerships with local and national organizations to support our mission of addressing veteran homelessness. I represent Alpha Omega Phi at key events and forums, advocating for our causes and elevating our organization\'s profile.• Leading the planning and successful execution of national events, including leadership conferences, community service projects, and recognition ceremonies.
