About Kendra Woods

After having landed in the CRO industry from a background in non-profits as well as real-estate and property management, I have finally found my happy place! Throughout my career I have always been drawn to the financial aspects of my projects, and I am now in a position that allows me the ability to affect not only project-level finance, but corporate-level finance. My diverse background has allowed me to work one-on-one with impoverished families and side-by-side major asset owners. Both sets of people are asking the same question: What can I do to not simply survive, but thrive. My in-depth knowledge of project finance and corporate revenue allows me a unique perspective in my role in financial planning and analysis – I am able to analyze and interpret financial information from a finite level to a larger scale. When each clinical trial/project at Syneos is prospering, my employer and our clients are not the only beneficiaries – the world at large is benefiting from this research in the form of new medications and medical treatments. Everyone is touched by illness, directly and indirectly, over the course of their lives, and I am thrilled to be a small part of fighting back against this brokenness in our world.
