ABOUT KENDRA COOLEY

With over a decade of experience in information security, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to protect and empower businesses with innovative and effective solutions. I have a proven track record of establishing and scaling information security and IT functions in fast-growing and dynamic startup environments, such as Webflow and Flock Safety. As the Head of Information Security and IT at Flock Safety, I was responsible for building both functions from scratch, and integrating them into all aspects of the business. I successfully led the company\'s SOC 2 compliance efforts, implemented process improvements and best practices, and managed the administration of critical business systems. I also collaborated with various teams, such as HR, Legal, Engineering, Product, and Sales, to ensure security awareness, alignment, and support across the organization.
