About Kendra Steffy
I began in the title/escrow industry in 1992 in California. During an approximately 6 year span I worked primarily in merger and acquisitions along with handling some conveyances and refinances for both residential and commercial clients. In 1998 I moved to Pennsylvania and began working primarily in residential transactions. Within three years the growth of my office increased by 75%. During that time it allowed me to familiarize myself with the nuances within both residential and commercial transactions in Pennsylvania. I began to integrate that knowledge, into my business portfolio. I am always looking to grow and am on a continuous search to help in any way possible to assist a client in obtaining their ultimate goal! I was in the role of Technology and Software System Administrator. Utilizing my combined knowledge of both the title and escrow division of our company, along side the software administration. I worked towards achieving the most effective and efficient environment for the staff. I then transferred to become a Business Analyst in the IT division with First American Title to assist in progressing our industry to keep up with the ever changing environment of the real estate world! Recently I advanced to become the Product Owner and am excited to drive business forward!
