Manage a highly complex and dispersed clinical and administrative team, balancing supply and demand, while incorporating legal, regulatory, clinical perspectives, and best practices to support scale. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Product, Engineering, Security / IT, Growth, Client Success, People, Finance, Marketing, Experience, Analytics) to determine key initiatives and goals, and effectively coordinate efforts to achieve them. Create and manage budgets to ensure financial viability of business approaches. Represent Nice Healthcare externally as a clinical thought leader. Represent Nice Healthcare in external meetings, using clinical expertise to evaluate partnership opportunities.
