I have a combined 20 years of contract management and a hybrid industry experience in Software, Engineering, & OSAT. I completed a year-long leadership course and certification to highlight my high-level skills, which are in People Management; Contract Management: Contract Negotiation, Contract Compliance, Drafting Contracts and Content, Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Professional Services: Engineering Services; Pricing Strategy: US Government (GSA+), State and local government; Data Privacy (FERPA and GDPR), Software as a Service (SaaS), Software License (On-premise and Mainframe). I am currently leading a successful Sales Operations and Contracts team using a recently implemented tool to improve data input and output, reporting capabilities, lead generation timelines, funnel management, as well as automate end-to-end contract management from pre-award to contract closeout. We win by supporting the sales team with a solution that works, so they can sell.I am an experienced Process Improvement Leader, Advocate and Diversity Ambassador, with a demonstrated history of working for human rights within companies I work for as well as in my personal life. I am a freelance writer with an emphasis on research, compilation, content, and storytelling.
