   Currently the Director of Wellness that develops and executes a strategic vision for wellness programs aligned with the organization\'s goals, resulting in a 20% improvement in employee well-being metrics.Monitors and maintains documentation compliance in all areas to include medication system, MAR’s, incidents, Resident clinical information, QA, safety and required reports. Leads the design and implementation of innovative wellness programs, including fitness challenges, mental health workshops, and nutrition initiatives, resulting in a 30% increase in employee participation. Collaborates with HR, Benefits, and Occupational Health departments to integrate wellness initiatives into the broader employee experience, ensuring a holistic approach to health and well-being. Develops departmental budgets, re-forecasts and staffing plans. Conducts staff supervisory responsibilities to include selection, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, counseling, discipline and terminations.
