I love doing anything that helps better others and myself, whether that is volunteering, teaching, training or creating. I am an absolute geek when it comes to new technology. I love learning about new and innovate ways to do things. I had a very unusual path into the training and design world- I started out as an Accounting major working at a management firm and ended up working in a call center as a trainer, then to Instructional Designer, which led me to my current role as Head of Certifications for Harness. Being able to look at a training problem and create a solution is one of the most fulfilling things about my role.
